Privacy
The short version: we collect what we need to send you things you asked for, we use anonymous analytics to see what's working, and we don't sell your data. The longer version is below.
Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which recipes, prints and stories people actually like — page views, rough geography, that kind of thing. A banner lets you decline tracking; declining sets a single cookie (cookie_consent, kept for a year) that remembers your choice, and the site works exactly the same either way.
When you subscribe to The Fine Print or download a free recipe, we store your name and email with Resend (our email service) and use them to send you the thing you asked for, plus the weekly newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and hard bounces and complaints unsubscribe you automatically.
Shop orders
Orders collect your name, email and shipping address so we can make and ship your print. Payment is handled by our payment provider on their site — card numbers never touch our servers.
Contact
Messages sent through the contact form are stored so we can reply, and for no other reason.
Your cart
The shopping cart lives entirely in your browser (localStorage) and is only sent to us when you actually place an order.
Removal
Want your data gone — subscription, messages, order history? Use the contact form and say so; we'll handle it within a few days.
